At OMNI-MEANS we encourage a continued education through off-site seminars and college extension programs; or on-site we share knowledge between individuals to ensure continued success. As an example, several career building training sessions (known as OMLETs – OMNI-MEANS Lunchtime Education and Training) are provided every month. At these sessions employees are provided the opportunity to learn from others who have gained some special skill or knowledge.
